SOCIAL MEDIA & CAMPAIGNS

Elevate Move-in Campaign

Elevate move-in is a paid move-in experience that our community residents can opt into. It takes care of all of the heavy lifting and provides perks like meals, a 21+ bar, and a personal move-in concierge. Because this campaign is applied across our portfolio of multiple brands, we used the “Lifestyle by Core” brand, but I chose to use a very limited color palette and custom masks to distinguish Elevate as a unique campaign. The mask shapes are developed to coordinate with the different elevate perks but are kept very simple and geometric as to not overpower the photography and message.

Yard Art Market

My friends and I hosted our own front yard art market (lovingly deemed a “yart market”). I referenced quilt designs for the event look, hoping to conjure feelings of craft and care, but then translated to a clean vector format. We spread the word for this event by posting on a social media account and canvasing flyers. Using a tile-based design for the event made it easy to transfer the look to social media posts. I created an initial Instagram grid to build hype and then created frames pulled from the poster elements to use for artist features. These were mixed with photography posts on the account to maintain the event aesthetic up until the event.

Renewal Campaigns

Ultimately, Core Spaces is in the business of signing leases. The following renewal campaigns, “Re-up and Relax” and “Remove the Move” were implemented on social media and ran simultaneously. They target our current, Gen Z residents and promote the ease of staying where they are.

Lifestyle by Core Instagram Content

Lifestyle by Core is implemented portfolio-wide and is what makes our properties more than a place to live. The Lifestyle Team plans events and experiences and provides programming and support for community and growth. Anything from pool parties, LinkedIn headshot sessions, or Yoga classes. These social media graphics supplement on-site photography on the ID feed and are meant to provide general encouragement and “good vibes”. They aim to remain timely both with trends and the calendar.
