Merch design is an area where I get to be more creative. Merch designs often reference the architectural details of a property, idiosyncrasies of the geographic region, and current trends. We will create designs for almost any product a property requests, working with different print parameters and capabilities.

Pride 2022
This year I got to design a sticker sheet and temporary tattoo sheet for Pride at Core Spaces that were sent out portfolio-wide. Properties set up temporary tattoo stations and handed out the stickers in their lobbies for residents to utilize on their way out to Pride events. I used the Core branding to ground the direction of these designs - manipulating our brand font, using brand colors, and even some brand imagery.
